This Privacy Policy explains how Cleats (“Cleats,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit cleats.ai, join our waitlist, or use the Cleats service.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address when you contact us or ask to join the waitlist, and information you submit when creating or managing a Cleats account.

Authentication information

If you sign in with Google, our authentication provider may provide Cleats with basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and a stable account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your account, protect the service, and provide support. Cleats does not use Google user data for advertising and does not sell Google user data.

Cleats’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service and device information

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, pages viewed, session information, and diagnostic events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Customer-directed data

Organizations may connect business systems to Cleats and direct us to process CRM records and related business data on their behalf. For that data, the organization controls what is connected and how it is used within Cleats.

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Cleats.
• Authenticate users and administer accounts and organizations.
• Respond to waitlist requests, support questions, and service communications.
• Detect misuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect users and the service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, authenticate, monitor, secure, and support Cleats; with an organization that administers your Cleats account; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets. We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we process it. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. An organization may need to submit requests concerning data it controls.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cleats is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
